Two new C-glucofuranosyl isoflavones in puerarin injection

Two new C-glucofuranosyl isoflavones of impurities in puerarin injection were isolated.Their structures were determined to be 8-C-α-glucofuranosyl-7,4'-dihydroxyisoflavone and 8-C-β-glucofuranosyl-7,4'-dihydroxy-isoflavone by chemical and spectral analysis.     

Application of potassium ferricyanide in the spectrophotometric determination of captopril

A novel method for the determination of captopril by speetrophotometer is described in this paper. The experiment is based on the fact that Fe(Ⅲ) is reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by captopril, then the in situ formed Fe(Ⅱ) reacts with potassium ferricyanide to give the soluble prussian blue at pH 4.00, and its maximal adsorption wavelength (λmax) is 735 nm. Good linear relationship is obtained between the absorbance and the concentration of captopril in the wide range of 0.05-20 μg/mL. The linear regression equation is A = -0.04314 + 0.11423C (μg/mL) with a correlation coefficient R = 0.9998. The detection limit (3a/k) is 0.04 μg/mL, the molar absorption coefficient is 2.5×104 L/mol cm. By mensurating the absorbance of soluble prussian blue, the indirect determination of eaptopril can be obtained. This method has been successfully applied to determination of captopril in pharmaceutical samples.Analytical results obtained are satisfactory.

Microwave-assisted synthesis of asymmetric thiocarbonohydrazones under solvent-free conditions

Six new asymmetric thiocarbonohydrazones 3a-3f were synthesized from following steps:firstly hydrazine hydrate reacted with carbon disulfide to form thiocarbonohydrazide(1) under microwave irradiation.Then compound(1) reacted with ketone and different aldehydes step by step to give 3a-3f with excellent yields under solvent-free conditions using microwave irradiation.Their structures have been determined by elemental analysis,IR,MS and ~1H NMR data.     

Two new flavanone glycosides from Macrothelypteris torresiana （Gaud.） Ching

Two new flavanone glycosides 1 and 2 were isolated from the aerial parts oi Macrothelypteris torresiana(Gaud.)Ching.The structures of two products were identified as(2S)-5,7,2',5'-tetrahydroxyfiavanone-2'-O-β-D-6"-O-acetylglucopyranoside and(2S)- 5,7,2',5'-tetrahydroxyflavanone-2'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of their chemical and spectral analysis,respectively.     

Synthesis and characterization of novel poly（aryl ether）s containing naphthyl moieties
